Here’s your jigsaw: Manchester’s Gulf Station, 1961.
It closed in 2005.

That corner has seen a lot of changes, and the rest of Main Street as well.

Originally, I wanted to avoid a huge IRVING ad in my post, so I had my digital assistant offer some alternatives:

My original instruction was..."change IRV to BOR"

OIVEY! indeed.

But in the end I stuck with the original street view. Not sure how this “in your face” facade passed muster in Hanover, but…
